Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and related frameworks
- Working knowledge of Java (maintenance or integration-level experience)
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Experience working in remote Agile environments
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance domain is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C# and .NET
- Work extensively with HRP (Health Rules Platform) to implement and manage business rules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and architects
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
- Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues
