As our Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing a flexible portfolio of brand activations within Golf, Retail and Non-retail environments. They are the designated lead for the market they are assigned to, and responsible for all related activities that take place within the market. They will continuously develop opportunities for brand growth, seeking out and establishing relationships with key contacts. They are skilled in building relationships and are adept at planning, scheduling, and performance analysis for non-retail activities that support the scope of the program’s initiatives within the market. The Market Manager is also responsible for building and managing high-performance teams. They are competent in meeting the objectives of the program while maintaining a continuous posture of compliance. This includes the ability to accurately evaluate, coach, and when needed, develop performance plans supporting each of their direct reports to be successful in their respective roles. The Market Manager maintains accurate records and provides timely reporting of activity performance and inventory assigned to the market. This position requires routine travel within the market and periodic mandatory travel overnight to attend meetings, trainings, and perform market visits.
