About The Position
We are seeking a motivated DOT Compliance specialist to become a part of our Corporate Branch. The DOT Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with Department of Transportation regulations for a fleet of vehicles, focusing on driver qualifications, safety protocols, and record-keeping, while also providing training and guidance to drivers. Will ensure that all drivers are well informed and aware of changes and updates in regulations/requirements as directed by corresponding agencies (such as FMCSA, DOT, PHMSA, OSHA). This position will also oversee conducting safety checks, monitoring driver logs, overseeing drug and alcohol testing, and staying updated on regulatory changes, all to maintain a safe and compliant operation.
