Dosimetrist – Radiation Oncology
About The Position
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Dosimetrist to join the Radiation Oncology team at Providence in Medford, Oregon . In this role, you will collaborate closely with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to design and implement radiation treatment plans that ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and precision. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $127,000 to $201,000 annually based on experience , along with the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative oncology program dedicated to delivering advanced cancer care.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in physical sciences or a related field and graduation from an accredited Medical Dosimetry program with a minimum of two (2) years of clinical practice , OR Bachelors degree in physical sciences or related field with on-the-job training in medical dosimetry under the supervision of a Certified Medical Dosimetrist, Radiation Physicist, and Radiation Oncologist , with a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience , OR Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) holders certified prior to 2011 may substitute ARRT registry for the bachelors degree requirement in accordance with the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) guidelines.
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) credential through the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) required upon hire.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience in medical dosimetry.

- Experience working with Elekta MOSAIQ oncology information system .
- Strong collaboration skills working within a multidisciplinary oncology team .
