About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Certified Medical Dosimetrist at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. This contract position offers: Full-time position, 40 hours per week Employee status Full complement of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off plus 10 paid holidays annually Structured setting with compliant, respectful patient base
Requirements
- Medical Dosimetrist and shall have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in a physical, radiological, biological science, or engineering field from an accredited educational institution.
- Completion of a Medical Dosimetry program of at least 12 months that has been accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or completion of 36 months of clinical medical dosimetry experience under the direction of a certified medical dosimetrist or Medical Physicist (Radiation Oncology Physicist)and completion of 24 continuing education credits approved by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board.
