About The Position

You’ll be responsible for r esidential activities within the dormitory providing for maximum program coordination, student safety and behavior modification, staff and student training and evaluation, student retention program, and preparation of records and reports, in compliance with government and management directives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) year experience working with the youth.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies, procedures, budgets, inventories, and programs affecting residential living, monitor and control expenditures and inventory.
• Create a welcoming environment for students.
• Coordinate dormitory staff, duty assignments, and dormitory activities.
• Serve as property custodian in assigned dormitory.
