About The Position
This role is for a part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist (Service Valet) with Valet Living, the leading amenity-services provider in the multifamily industry. The specialist will collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using their personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer. The position involves servicing one or more nearby apartment communities, typically during evening hours from Sunday to Thursday, with no long-distance driving or off-site dumping. Requirements
- Your own personal open-bed pickup truck (or vehicle with trailer) — required for this role
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor using your personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift
- Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed
