About The Position

Warmly welcome and acknowledge all guests upon arrival and departure with genuine hospitality. Open doors, assist with luggage, and direct guests to check-in or other hotel areas. Coordinate closely with the valet, bell, and concierge teams to provide seamless service. Provide clear directions and information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options. Maintain an active presence at the hotel entrance, anticipating guest needs before they are expressed. Assist with calling taxis, rideshares, or other transportation as requested. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the hotel entrance and porte-cochère area. Communicate effectively with front office when unusual activity is observed, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel entrance. Support special events, VIP arrivals, and group movements to ensure smooth flow and positive guest experiences. Resolve guest complains, ensuring guest satisfaction Uphold hotel grooming standards and maintain a professional, polished appearance at all times. Create Schedules for Bell/Valet department Perform Bi-weekly payroll for the Department
