About The Position

We are seeking a professional and reliable Door Attendant to join our team. As a Door Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and guests. Your role will involve monitoring the entrance to the bar, ensuring that all patrons are of legal age, preventing intoxicated customers from entering, and managing the flow of guests during busy times.

Requirements

• Military or law enforcement background is a plus
• Strong conflict management skills to handle situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Visually check and then scan all IDs as patrons enter the bar to ensure everyone is of age and no IDs are expired
• Stamp each customer as they enter the bar to help enforce the 'no re-entry' policy
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance, deterring any potential security threats
