As a Doorman/Security at Casablanca Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This position requires a professional individual who can blend hospitality with security, serving as the first point of contact for patrons. Your responsibilities will include guest screening, enforcing rules, and managing conflicts to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Scan every ID regardless of age to ensure the ability to ban problem guests.
Perform thorough and respectful searches of guests for weapons, drugs, and prohibited items to maintain a safe environment.
Uphold Casablanca's policies, including dress code, and manage entry in accordance with local regulations.
Greet guests warmly, provide information about the venue, and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
De-escalate tense situations calmly and effectively, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests and staff.
Monitor the premises for any suspicious activity, enforce bans as necessary, and coordinate with management and law enforcement when required.
Control crowd flow, manage queues, and ensure a smooth and efficient entry process during peak hours.
Document incidents, maintain accurate records of denied entry, and report any security breaches or policy violations to management.

Previous experience in security, bouncer, or front-of-house roles preferred.
Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be of legal age to perform the duties required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
