At IdeaTek, we’re looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help bring internet freedom to communities across Kansas. Whether you’re introducing our fiber service to a brand-new area (greenfield) or re-engaging homes that have heard of us before (brownfield), your mission is the same: build trust, spark interest, and guide residents toward better internet. We offer a competitive base salary with commission based on sales conversions. This position is also eligible for a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid after 60 days of successful employment. No traditional sales background required — we train competitive, coachable, energetic people. A Day in the Life You’ll start your day reviewing routes, syncing with your manager, and planning your strategy. Then you’ll head into the field—visiting neighborhoods where fiber is ready or coming soon. In greenfield areas, you’ll be the first friendly face sharing IdeaTek’s story. In brownfield, your job is to follow up, reconnect, and reignite interest. You’ll log interactions, make follow-up calls or texts, and track leads in the CRM. Some days include community events or door-to-door blitzes. Every conversation is a new opportunity to make a lasting impact—one home at a time.
