We are a fast growing full service tree care company looking to add a tree and plant health care division to keeping our customers’ landscapes vibrant, healthy, and beautiful. Our services include tree and shrub care, lawn treatments, and plant health programs tailored to each property. We pride ourselves on exceptional results and outstanding customer service. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. While knowledge of tree, plant, or lawn care is a plus, it is not required —we provide thorough training. What we need is someone with proven door-to-door sales experience, a competitive drive, and the ability to connect with homeowners face-to-face.
Requirements
- Proven door-to-door sales experience (any industry)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience or knowledge in landscaping, tree care, plant health, or lawn treatment services
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads for tree, plant, and lawn treatment services
- Present services confidently and clearly to potential customers
- Build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly approach
- Track leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales
- Work with our scheduling team to ensure smooth service onboarding
