We’re seeking enthusiastic, outgoing individuals with a positive attitude to help us connect with homeowners. This position includes a guaranteed hourly rate plus performance bonuses, no selling, and paid training to help you succeed. Position Overview We are looking for energetic, customer-service-oriented individuals to join our successful team. As a lead generator, you’ll play a key role in our marketing efforts and serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. Working alongside a supportive team, you will: Generate leads for our sales staff Offering homeowners a free, no-obligation service quote Provide basic lawn care information Represent Weed Man in a friendly and professional manner This job requires no selling, making it a great entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in marketing, sales, or business.
