About The Position
Energy One Windows offers a faster "Set-to-Sold" cycle with premium products every Houston homeowner needs. We are seeking disciplined, 1099 entrepreneurs to fuel our elite sales pipeline. Stop waiting 6 months for solar installs to pay out. The Payoff Uncapped Commissions: 8% flat rate on total contract value. (Average 2K per deal) High Ticket: Deals range from $20k–$50k+. Get Paid every week! Fast Payout: Commissions paid when the contract is signed (not months later at install). Path to Closer: Top setters promote to "Closer" in 60 days or less (depending on production boosting to 16% commission per deal! Weekly Bonuses: $500–$1,000 performance incentives. The Reality (Read Carefully) 100% Commission: No base salary. This is for motivated individuals, determination and strong communication skills will take you far in this role! D2D Grit: You will be canvassing neighborhoods and knocking doors daily.
Requirements
- D2D, Solar, or Roofing experience is a major plus.
- Must have a personal vehicle and be 18+.
- Ability to build instant rapport and handle objections.
