Pay & Earnings Average Pay: $800–$1,500 per week Top Earners: $1,800–$2,500+ per week Base pay + uncapped commission Weekly & Monthly Bonuses and Spiffs

Requirements

• No prior canvassing or sales experience required
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face to face
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active
• Willingness to travel for blitz opportunities (optional)

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods door to door to generate homeowner interest
• Set appointments for free estimates on windows, doors, and exterior coating
• Educate homeowners on hurricane impact products and home improvement solutions
• Build rapport and represent the Sunbelt Home Solutions brand professionally
• Participate in local canvassing and optional travel blitz opportunities
