Door to Door Canvasser
About The Position
Part-time positions, with growth opportunities available! We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our marketing team! Previous Door-To-Door experience is a bonus, but no experience is necessary. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible. Our Canvassers generate leads through Door-To-Door and running events and shows. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking. What you will be doing: NO SALES, just setting appointments for the Sales Team. Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Cincinnati territory. Understand our products and services to educate homeowners. Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their windows, baths, & doors. Report to our office in Evendale for training and meetings as requested. What we are looking for: Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented, and a strong work ethic. Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team. Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated. Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary! Positive attitude through rejection! What we offer: $20 Hourly Wage + Generous Bonus program PTO and paid holidays Company Apparel and Paid training Must be: Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts (40-hour work week) Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 5 to 7 miles per day.
