About The Position
Door-to-Door Canvassers Wanted — Full-Time & Part-Time! Serve Middle Tennessee • No Daily Office Check-In Required Are you friendly, outgoing, and confident—but not pushy? Want a flexible job where your personality and motivation matter more than experience? Join our family-owned home improvement company and help homeowners discover safer, more comfortable bath and shower solutions. No experience necessary—we train you! This position is perfect for college students, those wanting to break into sales, or anyone looking for strong earning potential with flexible hours. Earn $600/week plus opportunities for bonuses (“spiffs”)!
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors
- Able to work independently in Middle Tennessee neighborhoods without daily office visits
Responsibilities
- Walk assigned neighborhoods in Middle Tennessee and start conversations, not hard sales.
- Set appointments for our Project Designers—your job is simply to make warm introductions.
- Work flexible hours (most successful canvassers work Mon–Fri 3–7pm or Sat 9–3).
- Represent our company with professionalism, friendliness, and confidence.
