About The Position

Rosedale is now hiring Door Staff. The Door Staff is the first point of contact
our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional,
friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great

Rosedale, also known as Over-the-Rhine’s backyard, includes a patio that
features two premium bocce ball courts with courtside seating and a number
of outdoor games. In the cooler months, crackling firepits provide warmth for
guests seeking to retreat to the outdoors. A standing special menu is available
and rotates monthly with a selection of beers, shots, and cocktails.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
• Maintain lines and crowd control
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed
• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms
• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
