About The Position

Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Standing is done 100% of the time on the job
• Must be able to squat, pull, lift
• Must be able to read a measuring tape
• Noise in the work area is usually loud
• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proficient in safely operating a wide range of manufacturing machinery and hand tools, following all safety protocols and production procedures to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Experienced in assembling and producing door units to exact specifications, including measuring, cutting, fitting, quality-checking components, and ensuring all units meet company and industry standards.
• Strong team collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues constructively, and support team goals in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload based on production needs, and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned
