Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Capable of moving materials up to 100 lbs. using proper techniques.
Must pass company-required drug screening as part of our commitment to a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to operate machinery and assemble doors to specification.
Accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials for production.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost productivity.
Follow all safety and operational guidelines consistently.
Read and interpret production orders with accuracy.
Proactively seek ways to improve processes and performance.
Perform daily checks to ensure tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
