Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Capable of moving materials up to 100 lbs. using proper techniques.
  • Must pass company-required drug screening as part of our commitment to a drug-free workplace.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to operate machinery and assemble doors to specification.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials for production.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost productivity.
  • Follow all safety and operational guidelines consistently.
  • Read and interpret production orders with accuracy.
  • Proactively seek ways to improve processes and performance.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
