Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Door Host (Part-Time 32 Hours) to join our team at our luxury residential community, Pacific Gate located in San Diego. Compensation: $23 an hour Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Requirements

  • Six months of customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Must be solutions oriented and understand "white glove service".
  • High attention to detail.
  • Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably valet or greeter experience in hospitality or luxury property management.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors upon their arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Answer telephones and address people who have approached the property with politeness and clarity.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Familiarize oneself with the Association’s amenities and surroundings to guide and assist residents and their guests effectively.
  • Operate and park vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.
