Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Door Host (Part-Time 32 Hours) to join our team at our luxury residential community, Pacific Gate located in San Diego. Compensation: $23 an hour Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Requirements

Six months of customer service experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong critical thinking skills.
Must be solutions oriented and understand "white glove service".
High attention to detail.
Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
Team player.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Preferably valet or greeter experience in hospitality or luxury property management.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors upon their arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
Answer telephones and address people who have approached the property with politeness and clarity.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.
Familiarize oneself with the Association’s amenities and surroundings to guide and assist residents and their guests effectively.
Operate and park vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.
