About The Position
Door Fabricator (Must be okay with travelling to Miami and/or Atlanta for a week of training) What Brought You Here Pay starting at: $17.50 to 19.00 per hour depending on experience Quarterly safety bonus opportunities Shift Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm Benefits starting DAY ONE! Who You Are: Results driven Safety First Mindset Team Player What You Will Be Doing: Assemble doors based on provided designs stock using drills, and other tools. Attaches hardware and lock preparations as appropriate. Keeps work area in a neat, safe, clean, hazard free condition. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at the end of each day. Must be able to read a tape measure. Inspects products for any abnormalities and notifies supervisor immediately of any issues. Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed. Work as part of a team. Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job. Follow all company rules and policies. A history of great work attendance. Sense of urgency with the ability to advance in the organization. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Proficiency in operating machinery.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to use power tools.
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
- Must be able to push weights greater than 150lbs with a team.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must have strong hand-eye coordination/Detail Oriented.
- Must be able to follow instructions from Supervisor, Plant Manager and Branch Manager.
