About The Position

The Donut Finisher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality baked goods, including donuts, bagels, and danishes. This position is not just about finishing donuts; it is about creating a positive company image through courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. The Donut Finisher will be responsible for preparing the work area and equipment for donut finishing, ensuring that all products are presented beautifully and meet our high standards. This role requires a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction, as you will work closely with co-workers to create a pleasant work environment and ensure that customers feel valued and appreciated. In this position, you will be expected to greet customers with a smile, learn their names, and provide prompt service. You will also be responsible for preparing donuts and rolls for finishing, including heating them in the oven and applying icings and garnishes. Attention to detail is essential, as you will need to review special orders and prepare them as needed. Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and adhering to personal hygiene and dress guidelines is also a critical part of this role. The Donut Finisher will report to various managers, including the District Store Director, Store Manager, and Bakery Department Manager, and will have no direct reports.
