About The Position
The Donor Research and Engagement Specialist at Covenant House California (CHC) plays a crucial role in enhancing the agency's development efforts to support its mission of aiding youth experiencing homelessness and human trafficking. This position focuses on building a robust pipeline of new prospects for major donor cultivation, increasing the organization's capacity to identify and engage high-potential donors, and streamlining the transition of qualified prospects to major donor stewardship. The Specialist will work closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to ensure strategic alignment and effective engagement with the agency's supporters, ultimately helping to expand the donor base and secure essential funding.
