About The Position

During this critical time of disaster response, ADRN is seeking a team member to serve as our Temporary Donor Relations Coordinator. This temporary position will personally thank donors for their gifts, provide updates about the impact of their support, and offer prayer and encouragement as appropriate.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, empathetic presence with active listening abilities.
• Employees must be authorized to work in the United States under federal requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make thank-you phone calls to donors and express sincere appreciation on behalf of ADRN.
• Write personal thank-you notes and assist with email follow-ups.
• Listen with empathy and offer prayer or spiritual encouragement as requested.
• Coordinate with the development and communications teams to ensure consistency in donor messaging.
• Track outreach activity and meaningful donor interactions in CRM/database.
