About The Position

The Donor Relations and Events Coordinator supports the Associate Director of Donor Relations and Communications in planning, implementing, and evaluating development events and stewardship programs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality events and communications to cultivate and steward donors and stakeholders, while also providing administrative support to ensure effective operations within the development office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering high-quality events for donor stewardship and cultivation.
• Create engaging experiences and communications for donor events.
• Manage the full-cycle event planning process including site/vendor selection, logistics, and execution.
• Develop high-quality written communications, invitations, and event briefs.
• Manage event budgets, including preparation and reporting.
• Track and report on performance metrics for event quality and impact.
• Prepare impact reports for Academy donors and manage donor stewardship.
• Evaluate current stewardship programs and create new initiatives.
• Plan and establish donor recognition initiatives.
