We are seeking a passionate, results-driven, and detail-oriented Donor & International Relations Manager to join the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation. This individual will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and engaged with our organization. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, skilled at creating donor engagement strategies, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in the philanthropic space. The Donor & International Relations Manager develops a fundraising strategy, plans and attends donor functions and events, and supports doTERRA's Wellness Advocates, seeking to build and maintain relationships. In addition to managing donor relations, this individual oversees the philanthropic efforts of international markets. Responsibilities include creating relationships with market leaders, reporting metrics, and providing support and guidance.
