About The Position
The Donor Experience Manager (DEM) is a mid-level position at The New York Community Trust, responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with donors and advisors. This role supports the Vice President of Donor Experience in the operations of the donor advised fund (DAF) program, which is a significant part of the Trust's grantmaking strategy. The DEM will ensure that donors have a fulfilling experience, engage them in the Trust's mission, and contribute to the growth of the DAF program, which grants approximately $140 million annually.
