Requirements

Strong people‑leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
Confidence in leading a team with diverse personalities and communication styles.
Commitment to creating a positive customer service experience.
Regular standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting.
Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work for extended periods sitting in a call‑center style environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in tele‑recruitment or call center leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a High‑Performing Team
Motivate and support donor contact representatives in meeting recruitment targets.
Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and solutions.
Build and maintain teamwork schedules.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and mission‑focused work environment.
Achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Drive Strong Performance
Monitor team and individual KPIs, providing timely coaching and feedback.
Review daily performance reports and develop improvement plans as needed.
Train & Grow Talent
Train newly hired representatives to ensure confidence and success.
Provide ongoing development opportunities for the team.
Stay current on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training.
Support Recruitment Strategy
Partner closely with the Director of Community Resources to execute effective tele‑recruitment strategies.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational and recruitment optimization.
Assign call lists, shifts, and donor outreach coverage.
Ensure Quality & Compliance
Monitor calls to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide feedback that supports continuous quality improvement.
Oversee IQE documentation, duplicate donor paperwork, and donor change form processes.
Collaborate Across the Organization
Work with other departments on special collections recruitment needs.
Partner with Quality Assurance on SOP variances and documentation.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork and shared purpose.
Lead Special Projects
Take the lead in recruiting platelet donors and supporting apheresis donor scheduling.
Support engagement through third‑party platforms.
Perform all responsibilities of a Donor Contact Representative when needed.
