The position of Medical Reception - Donor Center Technician is available, and we provide training for this role. The pay scale for this position is $17.82-22.77/hour, depending on training, education, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool. Requirements

• Superior customer service standards.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• An interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
• Interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up.
• Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
• Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
• Ensures donor confidentiality.
