Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights and adapt to long hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
  • Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with every step of the blood collection process at fixed site locations.
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors.
  • Follow all safety procedures while collecting blood donations.
  • Ensure that collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Connect personally with donors and help them understand the impact of their donation.
