About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required; must meet and maintain LifeSouth driver’s requirements
• Ability to coach, support, and motivate a customer service team
• Strong customer service and active listening skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with coworkers and the public

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Donor Care team, guiding specialists in assisting our donors with questions, appointment support, and donor incentive programs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team performance and donor experience
• Audit donor communications to ensure, quality, consistency, and adherence to organizational guidelines
• Address and resolve donor-related issues escalated from the team
• Manage electronic gift card orders, including for special drive requests and promotion
• Assist the Director of Recruitment with special projects and initiatives, as needed
