About The Position

This position is responsible for receiving donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. Responsible for sorting donated goods and delivering them to the merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. In a typical day, a Donations Processor can expect to follow policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner. They will create a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring customers experience a welcoming atmosphere. The role also involves providing a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals, and helping to contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
