Donation Trailer Attendant
About The Position
Be the welcoming face of Goodwill! Help donors give with purpose and keep our mission moving forward across Western New York. What You’ll Do • Greet donors with warmth and assist in unloading donations • Offer a donation receipt to every donor, every time • Sort, package, and safely store donated goods • Protect and secure Goodwill property at all times • Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment • Travel to and work at multiple donation trailer locations Who You Are • Friendly, dependable, and community‑minded • Able to work independently and stay positive in a fast-paced setting • Physically capable and committed to safe work practices • Someone who lives our values: Own It • Dare to Excel • Be Bold • Be Extraordinary • Win Together
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Decision‑making skills and comfort with basic loading/movement of goods
Nice To Haves
- Prior material‑handling experience is helpful, but not required
- A genuine passion for serving others
