What the job is like:
This is a hands-on, active role—you’ll be on your feet throughout your shift, sorting, lifting, and organizing items in a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy staying busy and productive, this is a great fit.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable working with inventory and handling equipment safely
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting (up to 55 lbs)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type, size, and condition to prepare them for resale or distribution
• Separate items for resale, recycling, or disposal based on quality standards
• Meet or exceed hourly production goals while maintaining accuracy
• Keep the processing area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while handling donations
• Assist with labeling, inventory tracking, and shipment preparation as needed
• Support team operations and pitch in wherever needed—teamwork is key!
