About The Position
Goodwill Industries Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring part-time Donation Receiving Associates for their North Canton location. The team is described as fun, flexible, and fast-paced, seeking individuals with great customer service skills who are respectful and people-first oriented. Donation Receiving Associates are responsible for assisting community members with their donations, including unloading items from vehicles, providing tax receipts, accurately counting daily donations, and initiating the presorting process. Working at Goodwill offers a rewarding and diverse environment where team members are valued and contribute to the community. Profits from retail sales fund employment training, social services, and family-strengthening initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assist generous community members when they donate goods at our stores
- Unload donations from vehicles
- Offer tax receipts
- Maintain accurate daily donation counts
