About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho, dedicated to uniting for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. The organization fosters a workplace built on Relationships, Commitment, Growth, Compassion, Transparency, and Joy. Every position, including the Donation Processing Clerk role in their Thrift Stores, directly contributes to this mission by processing and selling donated items, with profits funding youth programs and services. The Idaho Youth Ranch is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, making it a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
Requirements
- Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
- Ability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
- Help load and unload merchandise for donors and customers
- Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise
- Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment
