About The Position

Goodwill is seeking full-time Donation Pricing Associates for their Chardon, Ohio location. This role involves processing and pricing quality hardline donations within the stockroom. The work directly supports Goodwill's mission to positively impact the local community by transforming lives and fostering a sustainable future. Revenue generated from retail sales funds local outreach and social service programs, including pre-employment training, job placement, family strengthening initiatives, and broader community outreach. Additionally, the position contributes significantly to environmental sustainability by diverting large quantities of waste from landfills annually.

Ability to stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Ability to maintain accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
Ability to follow all agency safety policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Sort hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories. Prices saleable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
Maintain accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals
Always maintain sorting and processing areas in a neat and clean condition.
Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales floor cleaning as needed.
Follow all agency safety policies and guidelines. Actively participates with supervisors and team members to address identified safety concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
