Be able to effectively differentiate between merchandise that will be sold on the retail floor and what will be sold in wholesale. 2. Help sort through and organize what product will be sent out and what product will stay at the store presort currently lives, based on the needs communicated by the Processing Manager. 3. Discern what merchandise will not be able to be sold. 4. Understand and pay attention to seasonal merchandise. 5. Accurately track the number of gaylords that are sorted in a day.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
Must have a commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.
Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day.
Lifting and Bending – up to 75% of a standard work day.
Moderate to heavy physical activity. Depending on location, this position may require frequent strenuous activity. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
