Hourly Rate: $16.66 per hour Position Summary: As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community.

Responsibilities
- Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
- Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
- Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
- Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
- Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
- Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
