Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. This role is responsible for receiving all donations in an expedient, courteous manner and placing items in the appropriate location in the production room or sales floor. Key duties include providing outstanding customer service to donors, correctly labeling Gaylords, ensuring receipts are offered, and inquiring about potential hazardous products. The attendant will also write sales tickets for large items, assist customers with loading and unloading furniture, maintain merchandise organization according to PPM standards, and assist with loading/unloading trucks or trailers. Safe operation and daily inspection of company equipment like pallet jacks and walkie stackers are required, along with adherence to safety rules and performing floor care duties. The position requires cross-training in other store roles, consistent in-person attendance, and modeling Goodwill's Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
