Right now, our SHELTON STORE IS HIRING a TEMPORARY FT DONATION ATTENDANT! Its time to make extra holiday $$$! (Shift 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM-off WED/THU). Requirements

  • Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus

Responsibilities

  • Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
  • Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
  • Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
  • Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested
  • Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible
  • Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
