About The Position
UnitedHealth Group seeks an experienced BI Platform Administrator to help support and grow global people analytics function. This position will help to support the needs of the community, including human capital, talent acquisition, workforce development, employee relations, and many more. The role will enable governance capabilities, define and manage security and access provisioning, and interface with the user community, business stakeholders, and the application engagement team. This role will capture and define requirements for the development of new features and techniques needed by the community, as well as troubleshoot existing functionality when needed. The role will also be accountable for ongoing training on best practices for the BI instances. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
