Requirements

• At least 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Make schedules, order products, train team members, and hire staff.
• Awarded a profit share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.
