About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza Franchise, is seeking new team members for the Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker role. This position offers opportunities for skill development and growth within the organization, with 90% of Domino's franchisees having started as Pizza Makers or Drivers. As a CSR, you will be responsible for taking phone and counter orders, cleaning equipment and the facility, and most importantly, making pizzas. The role emphasizes the art of pizza making, teamwork, and providing excellent customer service. It is described as a fun, entry-level or second job ideal for those looking to develop team skills, customer service, and take pride in their work.

Requirements

A fun and friendly person, who is comfortable talking to strangers.
A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude!
At least 16 years of age.
Pass a Criminal Background check.
Available to work until 10 or 11pm.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Taking phone orders.
Taking counter orders.
Cleaning equipment and the facility.
Making pizza.
