We are looking for a seasoned Domain Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and a strong understanding of the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, architect scalable AEM solutions, and serve as a strategic advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills are essential to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager including Sites, Assets, and Forms
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture and solution design within the insurance domain
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and RESTful services
  • Deep understanding of insurance workflows, customer journeys, and digital servicing models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage client expectations effectively
  • Experience in agile delivery environments and familiarity with DevOps practices

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cloud based AEM deployments and headless CMS architectures
  • Knowledge of personalization, analytics, and campaign orchestration in AEM
  • Experience with digital transformation programs in life, health, or property insurance
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or enterprise architecture frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the AEM architecture strategy for insurance platforms ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives
  • Lead end to end solution design including integration with policy administration, claims, billing, and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate insurance business requirements into robust AEM solutions
  • Guide development teams on best practices for AEM implementation, performance optimization, and content governance
  • Provide technical leadership during client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to insurance
  • Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
