The right Dolly Parton Experience Lighting & Projection Technician checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. This role exists to provide the Entertainment Department with quality lighting technicians for live shows in order to provide Park Guests with a high-quality entertainment experience matching the expected level of Dolly’s and the Dollywood brand. This role is designed to perform lighting technical duties, adjust programming if asked, and to provide needed operational support to multiple facilities. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
