About The Position
Dedicated Dollar General Fresh fleet available in Montgomery, AL with home weekly and some pass-through opportunities available! The position involves hauling Dollar General refrigerated and frozen food products in multi-temp TCU's with liftgates from the Montgomery, AL DC to stores in AL, MS, FL, LA, AR, GA, and TN. Average 2-3 loads and 25 stops per week with each stop time averaging 40 minutes. Driver unload with no toppers. Refrigerated freight is loaded on rolltainers and unloaded through the rear of the trailer by liftgate. Frozen freight is palletized in the nose and unloaded through the side door and ladder by down stacking. Home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours, with pass-through opportunities available. Dispatch group located on-site for face-to-face interactions.
