About The Position

Dolan Auto Group, Named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for an energetic individual to work in our Sales Business Development Call Center to help customers find the right vehicle, set up their sales appointment, and cultivate long term relationships with our customers. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and internet leads
Help customers find the best time to view our inventory
Long-term follow-up with prospective clients
Set appointments with sales
Update guest information in our systems
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the different vehicles available
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
Assist guests in completing purchases online
