About The Position
The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is seeking out a strong leader for the Division Director, Division of Housing. As part of the Executive Leadership team, this position leads in a critical role to expanding access to affordable housing and ensuring that all Coloradans have a safe and stable place to call home. This position is responsible for assessing the performance of programs and ensuring their effectiveness while shaping and executing the strategy to expand affordable housing across Colorado. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and program management; fiscal oversight and budget management; leadership for a large and diverse team; stakeholder engagement and partnership development; and demonstrating an understanding of national and state housing issues that affect departmental stakeholders and Coloradans.
